§ 91.07. BORROWERS’ CARDS.

  • Library cards may be issued to all members in a family who are at least school age. A parent or guardian must sign a library registration card and agree to be responsible for loans to minor children. The first card may be issued free of charge to all residents of the county with a valid driver’s license or identification and proof of address and the surrounding areas included within the Fredonia Moccasin School District, who have resided in the area for six months. Those families residing in the surrounding areas, included within the Fredonia Moccasin School district, for less than six months may receive a library card upon payment of a $20 refundable deposit. Residents of Utah with a valid driver’s license of identification and proof of address may receive a card for the nominal yearly fee of$20 per family. There is no charge for lost or damaged cards because all information is already in the computer.
