§ 91.06. DISPLAYS AND EXHIBITS.

  • (A) Displays, posters or signs placed in the library must be with the approval of and at the discretion of the town librarian.
    (B) No outside organization or individual shall be permitted to display any material which advocates the election or defeat of a candidate for public office, or which advocates an affirmative or negative vote for any propositions, whether political or not.
    (C) No outside organization or individual shall be permitted to place in the library a box, receptacle or canister which solicits donations.
