§ 152.053. DRAINAGE PLAN.

Construction plans showing water, sewer, street grades, underground utilities, curbs, gutters, catch basins, storm sewers, drainage channels, natural drainage ways and other drainage works in sufficient detail to determine the adequacy of provisions for drainage and the disposal of surface and storm water from the subdivision shall be approved by the Building Inspector prior to approval of the final plat.
