§ 130.20. POSSESSION OF MUTILATED TIRES.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to buy, sell, receive, dispose of, conceal or have in his or her possession any motor vehicle tire or casing from which identification marks have been obliterated or removed, defaced or changed, covered or destroyed, whether in whole or in part.
(B) A violation of this section is considered a Class 2 misdemeanor. For Class 2 misdemeanor penalties, see § 130.99.
