(A) There is hereby created a Power Board composed of seven members to be appointed by the Council for staggered terms of four years each; except that, the first members shall be appointed for the following terms; one for one year, two for two years, two for three years and two for four years. The Council shall have the authority to remove any member for cause after public hearing. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of the member whose place has become vacant.
(B) No compensation shall be provided Board members for the performance of those duties required hereunder, unless so determined by the Council at a later date. Members shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred in carrying out their duties, including reasonable travel and other expenses necessarily expended on behalf of the town while on Board business outside the community.
